Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products

• We also accept returns of new condition products

How to Request a Return

• Reach Out First: Contact us at Contact@ubaim.com or +1 406-225-1465. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.

• Wait for Instructions: We’ll review your request and send you return instructions. Please hold off on shipping until you hear from us, this just ensures your return gets processed correctly and quickly.

• Return the Item: Once approved, you can ship the item using any trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.

• Return Method: By mail to our warehouse.

Refund Process

• After your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days

• You’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees

• We never charge restocking fees

Wrong or Damaged Items

• If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us with a photo

• No need to return it — we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to the following address. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us at contact@ubaim.com and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
