Do You Offer Free Assembly?
Yes, always. Whether you ordered a zero-turn mower, a gazebo, a pergola, or a swing set we will assemble it for you completely free of charge. You don't need any tools, any experience, or any extra time set aside. We take care of everything from start to finish.
How to Schedule Your Assembly
Assembly is not added automatically to your order, so just reach out to us after you place it and we will get everything sorted out together.
When you reach out, please have your order number handy and let us know which product needs assembling. We will work around your schedule to find a time that suits you.

Our free assembly service is available across the contiguous United States. Wherever your order ships to, we will be there to set it up for you.
What's Included in the Assembly Service
We do not just show up and snap a few pieces together. Our assembly covers the full process from the moment the box arrives to the moment your product is ready to use.
That means we unbox and inspect every single part before we start, assemble the product completely according to the manufacturer's instructions, make sure every component is properly secured, run a basic functionality check once it is done, and remove all the packaging when we leave. You will not have to lift a finger.
What If I Want to Assemble It Myself?
That is completely fine too. Every product comes with clear step-by-step manufacturer instructions so you can do it yourself if you prefer. And if you get stuck at any point, just give us a call. We are happy to walk you through it.
What If I Already Started Assembly and Got Stuck?
It happens more often than you think, especially with larger structures. If you are partway through and need a hand, just give us a call or send us an email. We will help you work through it and make sure everything ends up properly assembled and safe to use.
How Long Does Assembly Take?
It depends on the product. Smaller items like walk-behind mowers typically take around 1 to 2 hours. Larger structures like pergolas, gazebos, and swing sets naturally take a bit longer. When you contact us to schedule, we will give you a realistic time estimate upfront so you can plan your day accordingly.
Is It Really Free?

What If Something Arrives Damaged?
Please do not start assembly if you notice any damaged or missing parts when your order arrives. Contact us first and we will send replacements at no cost to you. Attempting assembly with damaged components can affect the safety and stability of the product, so it is always worth a quick call before you begin.
