At Ubaim LLC, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind after placing an order. This page explains how to cancel, what happens next, and what your options are if your order has already left our warehouse.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once we receive your cancellation request we will stop processing the order and issue you a full refund at no charge.
How to Request a Cancellation
Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can catch the order before it ships. You can contact us by email or phone — whichever is easiest for you.
Please have your order number and the full name used at checkout ready so we can find your order quickly.
What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
If your order has already left our warehouse we are unable to cancel it at that point. That said, you are still covered under our 90-day Return Policy once the item arrives.
Here is what that looks like in practice:
- We will send you a free prepaid return label.
- No restocking fees of any kind.
- Your full refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the item back.

Ordered the Wrong Item?
Contact us straight away if you realize you ordered the wrong product. As long as the order hasn't shipped yet we can cancel it and help you place the right one. If it has already shipped our Return Policy will apply.
Cancellations Made by Ubaim LLC
In rare situations we may need to cancel an order on our end. This can happen if:
- The item becomes unexpectedly out of stock.
- We are unable to verify your payment details.
- We cannot confirm your shipping address.
- There is a pricing or listing error on the product page.
If this ever happens to your order you will be notified by email right away and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. We know how frustrating that can be and we don't take it lightly.
Refunds After Cancellation
Once your cancellation is confirmed here is what to expect:
- Your full payment will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it is done.
- Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
