- Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM MST — UTC −7
Oversize & Freight Items
Some large or heavy items — such as ride-on mowers, storage sheds, and certain swing sets — may ship via freight (LTL) carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
• Freight deliveries are curbside by default (driver delivers to the curb or driveway)
• A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you in advance
• Please inspect the item carefully before signing the delivery receipt
• If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at Contact@ubaim.com
• Freight transit times may be longer than standard delivery — typically 3–7 business days depending on location
Warehouse Location
All orders ship direclty from our warehouse in Great Falls, Montana (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, email us at Contact@ubaim.com with your name and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. We accept both defective and non-defective items, including new condition products.
Please contact us at Contact@ubaim.com before sending anything back — do not return items without prior approval. Once approved, ship using any trackable and insured method.
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping and handling fees, processed within 7 business days. No restocking fees are charged.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. You do not need to return it — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
